Terms and Conditions and FAQs

For 2017, advertised costs include VAT and booking fees. However, during the reservation process the booking fees will be shown separately for calculation purposes.

Whenever possible, all tickets should be printed at home and brought to the venue on the day of your event so as to gain entry. If you are unable to do this, please request for "Collection at Box Office" so that tickets can be available without delay.

It is important that those persons who have difficulty in walking or who need the use of a wheelchair, have appropriate seating so as to make the visit a worry-free and more pleasurable experience. Specific seating is allocated at the time of reservation and this is only bookable by telephoning our Box Office on 01252 836464

Seats are booked on individual tables. However, please note that specific seats on these tables are not allocated and are on a "first come – first served" basis.

Under 10's not admitted. All under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Dress Code – relaxed. Fancy Dress optional and welcomed.

All persons automatically consent to being filmed and possibly appear in future showing of recordings.

Tickets must not be sold on to third parties for more than the face value.

Premium seats offer a closer and better view of the stage with many on the lower floor. Please see the seating plan to identify these positions. All other seats are considered as Standard including those marked as "Restricted View".

Will you honour tickets purchased from or any other secondary seller?

You will have to pose that question directly to or to the secondary seller concerned. We are not affiliated with that website or any other secondary seller and they are not authorised to sell tickets for the Lakeside World Darts Championships.
